Margherì started in Estepona, at Las Salinas — a pizzeria and trattoria built on one idea: the real flavours of Italy, made properly, served without ceremony.
Then came Sotogrande. A second restaurant on the marina, with the same passion for quality cooking, the same attention to detail and the same constant search for the finest ingredients.
The pizza dough is light. The pasta is fresh. Everything else follows the same rule.

Neapolitan-style pizza, classica and gourmet. Fresh pasta rolled and filled in the kitchen, including casoncelli from the chef's grandmother's recipe. Tartare, salads, whole fish, slow-cooked meat — and truffle when the season allows.
